I have a Blue Boy Painting that was handed down to me by my grandmother that my mother said was purchased in Germany in the 1950's-60's. The artists name is Cobie K. Guttek and I've researched the name 100 times on various different search engines and still have no results yet cannot at this time afford an appraisal. I've searched the painting itself and come to find 2-3 that look exactly like mine and even have the same frame but I'm not sure about it though, it's value and/or the artist.
